Who is responsible.
Rvffers Technologies is responsible for the data sent through this site. Send any request about your data to contact@rvffers.com.
What we collect.
What you fill in: name, email, company, topic and message on the contact form, or just your email on the waitlist and the diagnostic, along with your answers and scores. We also store the language and the date you sent it. Your IP address is used only to limit abusive submissions and appears in Cloudflare's technical logs, not in our database. We do not use tracking cookies; if we turn on visit metrics, we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
Why we use it and on what basis.
To reply to your request, tell you about early access or discuss your diagnostic result. The legal basis is handling your request and our legitimate interest in replying (LGPD art. 7, V and IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
Where the data lives.
Data is stored on Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database and emails our team when a new request arrives. Cloudflare may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it.
Up to 12 months after you send it or after our last contact, whichever is later. Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches. Deletion is done manually at least every quarter, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights.
You can ask to access, correct, port or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@rvffers.com. You can also complain to Brazil's ANPD or to the data protection authority in your country.
